IPID is an academic network doing research in Information and Communications Technology for Development (ICT4D). It operates through inter alia support to doctoral as well as master students and increased visibility at international conferences. The network is funded through regional chapters by SPIDER – the ‘Swedish Program for ICT in Developing Regions, Department of Computer & System Sciences, Stockholm University.
